Tuesday: Sprints on Sports Field
Wednesday: Workout in Gym
Thursday: TBA

FREE TIME RECREATION  2:00 to 4:30pm
Monday: Ultimate Frisbee
Tuesday: Softball or Kickball
Wednesday: Football (2 hand touch)
Thursday: Soccer

Monday - Thursday 4:15 to 5:00pm
Optional Workout of Sprints or Ladders or other activity organized by YWAM VA
